"LIRA" OLIO TOSCANO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA

In these exceptional areas with a centuries-old tradition, Tenuta Moriano's extra virgin olive oil has always been appreciated for its excellent qualities. Fragrant, balanced, with intense aromas, it is always obtained according to ancient methods, from hand harvesting to stone grinding.

Olive variety: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo.

Production area: Montespertoli (Firenze), altitudine 250m s.l.m., in terreno di medio impasto.

Collection method: Harvesting is carried out in the first ten days of November by hand picking. The olives are kept in boxes until they are pressed.

Crushing: within 24 hours of harvesting, continuous low-temperature extraction.

Storage: stainless steel drums at a constant temperature.

Tasting notes: green colour. Clear aroma of olive, with herbaceous scent. Fruity, green, bitter and slightly "pinchy" sensations.
